Here in Arizona and across the Midwest and Northeast, there\u2019s some positive momentum, while the South and West are holding steady or seeing a bit of a dip. Builders are definitely navigating some hurdles\u2014think high costs, rising fuel prices, and lots of economic uncertainty. Interestingly, custom homes and smaller markets seem to be handling things a bit better.
