At the same time, homeowners who locked in lower rates aren\u2019t in a hurry to move, keeping lots of fantastic homes off the market. As a passionate Arizona native and Realtor at West USA Realty, I see this tug-of-war every day: buyers are holding out for better payment options, while sellers are hesitant to give up those great loans. It all adds up to a unique standstill, with fewer people making the leap from looking to actually buying or selling.
