In July, national home prices climbed 2.6%, bringing the median to $400,000. What\u2019s interesting is that even with inventory up 4.4%, and home sales rising 2.9%, prices kept moving upward. Single-family homes saw a 2.5% increase, condos 2.3%, and townhomes 0.8%. As someone who\u2019s passionate about real estate and helping folks find their place, I\u2019m encouraged to see a market that continues to offer both new opportunities and steady growth.
