Concessions aren\u2019t just about price cuts; sellers have been helping with things like repairs, closing costs, or mortgage-rate buydowns, offering creative ways to help buyers get across the finish line. Nearly 16% of homes sold in mid-Q3 combined a price reduction with a concession, making it even more affordable for buyers to enter the market.
