It's amazing to see just how high the bar goes: besides that $130M sale, there were highlights at $47M, $40.2M, $40M, $21.2M, $19M, $18M, and $17.5M. Some markets are especially strong, with even their fifth-biggest sale topping $10M—talk about deep luxury! One city really stood out with all its top five sales clustering between $24M and $40M. Keep in mind, these numbers come from publicly listed properties, so there may be even more impressive private deals out there.
